I can&#039;t agree with you more! I work for a CRM company that uses phone/web surveys to illicit feedback from employees and customers. We also provide Social Media Monitoring so companies can see what is being said on the web/blogs about them. The clients we have see the feedback they receive so valuable that they change their products and customer service procedures and have increased their bottom line numbers!
