During this call, we will discuss the best practices for migrating your data, web-to-lead forms, buyer journey and conversion path, lead management and lists, contact segmentation, website traffic, analytics and reporting and more.

Initial Implementation and Configuration

  • Portal setup: Time Zone, Currency , Language & Country
  • Basic branding: company info, logo and brand colors
  • Install HubSpot tracking code on corporate website*
  • Integrate Google Analytics with HubSpot
  • Set up and configure CNAME record
  • Set up and configure Email Sending-domain
  • Set up and configure Subdomain for blog or landingpages (1)
  • Create HubSpot conversion forms to use on nonHubSpot sites (up to 2)*
  • Implement conversion forms on the corporate site(up to 2)*
  • Contact form notification set-up

*HubSpot forms and tracking code will be implemented by OneIMS, if and only if the website is running WordPress or HubSpot CMS. In the event the website is built on a custom CMS, static site, or the like, OneIMS will provide technical direction for the client's IT or Development team to implement the form and tracking code. OneIMS will crate up to two form types/styles (Examples: Contact Us, Request a Quote, Request Demo) and implement it on a maximum of 10 website pages.
