Requirements
- Deliver as the lead advisor to clients, running their on-boarding experience and helping them to achieve their desired objectives
- Discover a customer’s marketing and sales requirements, current tech stack, and business objectives in order to define their ideal approach
- Knowledgeable in search, social and content marketing services
- Ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies such as social media, content and local search marketing
- General knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot and other industry tools is a must
- Self-motivated with an enthusiasm for the web industry and technologies
- Must have client-facing experience
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Goal oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to follow directions and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
- Confidence and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in PPC, SEO and sales
- Prior campaign planning and execution experience
- Willingness to learn SEO & PPC practices

What does your day-to-day routine look like?
A typical day-to-day in our organization looks like this: you get to the office, settle down at your desk, grab your cup(s) of coffee, check your emails, and then tackle whatever your calendar has scheduled on it for the day! Every day is different, and we take pride in that characteristic about ourselves. We tailor our days to the needs of our clients so that they know they’re getting the quality service and care they know us for.

Where are your clients located?
Everywhere! We work with clients based on the fit of their business and how we can help them achieve their goals, not their location. That’s one of the great things about digital marketing – it’s all online!

Where are your employees located?
Our employees are located in two primary offices – Chicago, IL and Naples, FL – as well as some of our team working remotely across the world!

What is your employee training and onboarding like?
We provide new employees and interns with a full two-week onboarding and training process. The first few days are the heaviest – learning about our company culture, who our clients are, and how your role within the organization plays into our clients’ success can be pretty overwhelming.
Depending on the role, you may have more or less training than this, although the general on-boarding process remains the same. We also have weekly training sessions to keep our employees up-to-date on the best digital marketing practices.

What software do you use to manage projects and clients?
Glad you asked. We are a software company just as we are a service company. We build tools to save time and make us digital marketing ninjas. We have built our own reporting software Clickx, we have also built our project management software (sorry Basecamp). Our CEO loves building tools! In addition to that, we use every software our industry requires such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, Hotjar, HubSpot, MailChimp, Buzzsumo… you get the idea.

What kind of growth opportunities are there at OneIMS?
Depending on the role, you can go from an entry-level position and work your way up to a managerial position based on the quality of work, experience, and skillset that you have developed during your time with us. What are the work hour expectations?
We follow a typical 40 hour workweek, but that can fluctuate based on client needs during any time of year.

Do I need any digital marketing experience?
For entry-level positions within the organization, you do not need any prior digital marketing experience (although having any marketing, sales, public relations or related experience is always a plus!).
For senior-level positions, we do look for experience and the quality of those experiences (i.e. Account Manager, Project Manager, Senior Sales Representative, etc.).
