  • What does your day-to-day routine look like?

    A typical day-to-day in our organization looks like this: you get to the office, settle down at your desk, grab your cup(s) of coffee, check your emails, and then tackle whatever your calendar has scheduled on it for the day! Every day is different, and we take pride in that characteristic about ourselves. We tailor our days to the needs of our clients so that they know they’re getting the quality service and care they know us for.

  • Where are your clients located?

    Everywhere! We work with clients based on the fit of their business and how we can help them achieve their goals, not their location. That’s one of the great things about digital marketing – it’s all online!

  • Where are your employees located?

    Our employees are located in two primary offices – Chicago, IL and Naples, FL – as well as some of our team working remotely across the world!

  • What is your employee training and onboarding like?

    We provide new employees and interns with a full two-week onboarding and training process. The first few days are the heaviest – learning about our company culture, who our clients are, and how your role within the organization plays into our clients’ success can be pretty overwhelming.

    Depending on the role, you may have more or less training than this, although the general on-boarding process remains the same. We also have weekly training sessions to keep our employees up-to-date on the best digital marketing practices.

  • What software do you use to manage projects and clients?

    Glad you asked. We are a software company just as we are a service company. We build tools to save time and make us digital marketing ninjas. We have built our own reporting software Clickx, we have also built our project management software (sorry Basecamp). Our CEO loves building tools! In addition to that, we use every software our industry requires such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, Hotjar, HubSpot, MailChimp, Buzzsumo… you get the idea.

  • What kind of growth opportunities are there at OneIMS?

    Depending on the role, you can go from an entry-level position and work your way up to a managerial position based on the quality of work, experience, and skillset that you have developed during your time with us. Each department has various positions based on levels of expertise and qualifications, so you can really go anywhere that you feel is a best-fit for you!

  • What are the work hour expectations?

    We follow a typical 40 hour workweek, but that can fluctuate based on client needs during any time of year.

  • Do I need any digital marketing experience?

    For entry-level positions within the organization, you do not need any prior digital marketing experience (although having any marketing, sales, public relations or related experience is always a plus!).

    For senior-level positions, we do look for experience and the quality of those experiences (i.e. Account Manager, Project Manager, Senior Sales Representative, etc.).

  • What are our core values?

    The specific questions we ask will depend on the position you’re applying for, but all our questions are intended to help us understand your capabilities and potential to grow.

    Generally, we look for a strong desire to learn, high intelligence, a passion for technology, willingness to work hard, rock-solid skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to excel.

  • Do you offer entry-level positions?

    Yes, we have many positions ranging from entry to senior levels. We post these positions onto our site once they’re available.

  • What if I need to relocate?

    We understand that the perfect opportunity may not be in your current hometown, so if relocation is a concern for you then worry no more!

    If we think that you will be an excellent addition to the team, we take care of you like family and help with the relocation expenses, finding a living space, etc.

  • Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?

    Yes, you can apply for multiple openings! We encourage you to apply for any and all positions that you feel best fit your skillset.

  • Do you offer internships in digital marketing?

    Absolutely! All of our internships follow a semester-based cycle and cover a wide range of areas and opportunities within our organization. Those can be found on our internship site, as well as a program coordinator contact and FAQs about our internships.

  • I want to work with you guys, but I don’t see an opportunity that fits me quite right. Can I still apply?

    Although we are always looking for new team members, we don’t want to have applicants waiting on us for a position that may never come. If you don’t see a position that’s a fit for you, then we encourage you to check back regularly until you do!
